The close ended questions elicited precise responses while the open ended ones allowed the respondents to provide detailed answers and explanations where appropriate. For the qualitative data derived mainly from the interviews and observations, non-statistical analytical tool such as content analysis was used. From the result of analyses of data findings revealed that Majority (more than 60%) of respondents in the four public housing agencies perceived the organizational capacity of the agencies in public housing delivery as adequate. More so, Most respondents in all the housing estates evaluated the cost of acquisition or rentage of houses in the public housing estates sampled in the study area as affordable. The researcher therefore recommends that Federal and State government should endeavour to make adequate availability of land resources.
